Pick-Up and Delivery Service

• We offer a convenient Pick-Up and Delivery Service to save you time and hassle:
• Fee: $30 each way (within a 10-mile radius)
• Requirements: Your vehicle must be safe for our technicians to operate. We’ll meet you at your workplace, home, or business for added convenience.

Access Considerations:

• If your vehicle is in a gated community, please provide an access code.
• For military bases or other restricted areas, additional authorizations or arrangements may be required, which could delay the service or incur extra fees.

Note: This service is FREE for Fleet accounts, VIP customers, or if additional work is approved during your repair/service.

Payment Options

• Pay via phone (preferred) or text (additional fees may apply).
• In-person payments are always welcome.

Shuttle Service

• We also provide FREE shuttle service through our app, or you can opt for a ride via Uber or Lyft using the app for a smoother experience.

Loaner Vehicles

• Loaner vehicles are FREE for VIP customers, comeback services, or when you meet certain service spending thresholds.

Appointment Waiters

• To ensure the best customer experience:
• We can accommodate 1-2 appointment waiters per hour.
• For oil changes or services with upsell opportunities, we recommend opting for Pick-Up and Delivery Service or adjusting your appointment through our online scheduler or ShopGenie platform.

Transparency and Documentation

• We document all customer vehicles before pick-up:
• Photos of the vehicle’s condition will be taken to ensure transparency.
• Videos will also be uploaded into our SMS system for reference.
