Rip off artists !!!! Went in for 2 tires. That’s all required. Family Came out with $1600 bill for services not required. I instructed shop owners to call me before calling car owner as I am direct family (who is a mechanic). I know that car age, mechanical soundness, condition and any all repairs if need. Instead shop Called car owners and sold unneeded repairs. In turn .... Ripping it to retired elderly couple on limited budget. Past Current and future Possible customers. ..... Run !!!!! May this posting prove that your shop‘s unethical standards, behaviors, shady over pricing billing strategies result in massive business loss. Karma ultimately bites back. No apologies can be made nor monies reimbursed to correct what has already been done.
We are genuinely concerned to read about your relative's experience, and we take such feedback very seriously, since you're the out of town "mechanic". We pride ourselves on our integrity and customer service, and what you've described is not in line with our business practices, even though you personally have never been in our location yourself. We take all customer/relative mechanic feedback seriously and are investigating this situation thoroughly. Based on our records, we do not have any recent records of an elderly couple customer coming in for only two tires and then receiving a $1600 bill for services not required. We have reviewed our records dating back to two months and found no evidence to support the claims made in your 1 star opinion/review. We strive to maintain transparent communication and explicit authorization for all services provided, especially for significant repairs. We provide pictures, videos and attachments to ALL our repair orders... We understand the importance of trust in our industry (if you're a mechanic you should know this, we have 10 full time ASE automotive technicians here dedicated for full transparency), especially when it involves family and finances. If there has been any misunderstanding or if you could provide further details, we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to investigate this matter further and discuss how to resolve your issue with our small local business that's been in business for over 30 years. Our priority is to ensure that all our customers receive honest and fair service. We invite you to contact us directly at 757-425-8917 and ask for Billy (owner), we would need the repair/invoice order number to track and discuss this situation. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring your family's satisfaction, have a good day.
