I had already written a review but I wanted to add, The owner of 17th street automotive after I had told him our problem he told us to come on over he would look to see what our problem was with the van! I want add we have been members of AAA for 21 years and they did nothing to help us except to say it be a week before they could look at it! But at 17th street they treated us like we haf been customers forever ! Thanks again I just had to add this because this owner takes PRIDE...in helping others! Thanks to everyone that work hard on getting us back on the road to North Carolina!

I had been experiencing random/intermittent hesitation and loss of power issues with my 2003 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck for over 3 years. I previously had the truck checked by three different Toyota dealerships with no luck. The last dealership advised me to take the truck to 17th Street Automotive and ask for Billy Cadaing who is a certified Master Mechanic. Well, I'm sure glad I did! Billy identified the problem quickly (a defective throttle body), ordered the necessary parts and made the repairs. I had my truck back in two days and it's running like brand new. Very honest and up front. Won’t try to pull another jobs out of you, when you there just getting a oil change. The staff was nice and very accommodating ! I recommend to everyone.

I recently took my 2016 Ford F150 in for a number of issues including front brake servicing, front end alignment, state inspection, and an oil change. The service was highly professional and completed in a timely manner. I was very pleased however to contacted by the owner who provided me with timely progress updates and a heads up as to an issue that could have been a serious and expensive inconvenience if not corrected. After discussing the issue with me I agreed that the problemed should be remedied. When he called back to say that the replacement cost was excessive, and he wanted to take time to find the parts at a cheaper price and let me know what he can find. Then because the needed parts couldn't be delivered before the end of the service day he went and picked up the parts so he could get vehicle back to me before the weekend. That is true personal service!
