Thanks 17th Street Automotive. FINALLY a repair shop that I can TRUST and to make repairs over dealership. My 2017 VW had two issues, both causing the same problem with idle issues. I have an extended warranty that allows me to go wherever I want, including the dealership. I decided to go outside of the dealership due to poor turn around times and customer service. 17th Street Automotive is 5 stars above the dealership at getting the car in and out and repaired. They worked flawlessly through the warranty company with no interaction from me other than notifying me that the “warranty company is covering the repair, parts are in stock at dealer, and we will be done with it by the end of the day”, along with recommended service that needed to get done, ie spark plugs and air intake decarbonization cleaning. This car now noticeably runs much better as it did new and fuel economy has gone up a few more MPG’s. This shop is also hard to miss with the iconic murals that are awesome! The Building, shop, waiting area, parking lot are clean and taken care of, and customer service spectacular. Go here to get your vehicles serviced!!
