I took my car in to have the sunroof repaired and they were able to fix it. I am so pleased with the outcome and I highly recommend this place for any of your vehicle needs. It was great to work with a place that didn't take advantage of me being a female. All of my questions were asked and very one was very professional. I person I spoke with was Carla. She is incredible and did an amazing job.

My daughter just moved to Virginia Beach and we needed to get her state inspection done. The information and flexibility we recieved from the young women answering the phone more than secured our business. She was kind, patient, and worked with us to get her car in the same day. We received communication throughout the day on the status and needed repairs on her car. I highly recommend this company. Honest, reliable, and flexible, a rare find in this industry.

I was in search of a State Inspection, (probably procrastinated too much) but my dealership couldn't see me for nearly 3 months. Desperate as I was officially ridin' dirty, I discovered 17th Street Automotive. They were close to home and locally owned. Two things I value highly. They were able to schedule me the very next day and got me in and out in an hour. The waiting room was clean and comfortable with coffee and water available. There were a couple items that my vehicle could use, but I didn't feel pressured to approve that service at that time. It was a great experience and when I have a few bucks scrounged up, I will be returning to have more service done.

Upfront, friendly, trustworthy and when something was missed in the initial pricing by parts, Carla (I hope I got her name right) gave me two extra maintenance fixes, for free, that I desired but couldn’t afford until next season. Even though she spotted the missed pricing pretty quickly, she felt bad about the confusion it caused and made up for it beyond what I expected.

My Jeep was overheating so I had my vehicle towed there an hour before their closing. They were able to do a full diagnostic (including pictures!) first thing in the morning and by that afternoon I was picking up my vehicle with all the repairs completed. They pointed out other concerns with the vehicle and gave their recommendations but did not pressure me at all when I declined certain services. The staff here is extremely polite and professional. I am so thankful I found them and recommend them for any vehicle maintenance or repairs!
