Being new to town, I came here for a state inspection. My car failed due to an exhaust leak, which was fair. They quoted me over $1000 to replace it which included 3.5 hours of labor. I am definitely not a car expert but I know that was an overcharge. Being a female, I value an honest mechanic shop that won’t take advantage of my naivety in this subject. I received a second opinion which informed me that this was a fix that would not take longer than a hour of labor. When I returned, there was little negotiation in price and immediately starting talking about financing options. I went somewhere else and they did stellar job with the repair within a day for $200. I get that they are running a business, but there are many other mechanics that do a great job and are more budget friendly and trustworthy.

The quote we provided was for a complete replacement of the rusted parts, not just a 'patch job' which will definitely be cheaper... The pictures in the inspection report would require to cut the rusted "thin" 2 exhaust flanges and extract/replace the rusted/weak nuts/studs/bolts x4 (see pics in report for reference), We believe in doing thorough work that ensures safety and durability backed by 3 year/36k mile warranty, especially considering your vehicle failed the Virginia State Inspection due to this rusted exhaust issue. We understand that cost is an important factor in your decision-making. However, our pricing reflects not only the quality of the parts used but also the expertise and time our certified technicians dedicate to ensuring the job is done right. They were able to get me in for an inspection at the last minute. Unfortunately my car didn't pass; but I was able to get it fixed in a timely manner. Will definitely take my other new car here.

Went in for a state inspection and was asked if I had an appointment, which I have not had to have at any other shop in the area. Was told there were a lot of cars in for inspections, but as I turned for the door, they said they could check if they could squeeze me in. Seemed a little weird, but suddenly, they were able to do it right away. Came back with at least one issue that needed to be resolved in order to pass, which didn't surprise me. However, when I got my car back, the interior had a strong cigarette odor. I'm not sure if I will be returning if my car is going to smell like cigarettes any time I drop it off for future service.

Rip off artists !!!! Went in for 2 tires. That’s all required. Family Came out with $1600 bill for services not required. I instructed shop owners to call me before calling car owner as I am direct family (who is a mechanic). I know that car age, mechanical soundness, condition and any all repairs if need. Instead shop Called car owners and sold unneeded repairs. In turn .... Ripping it to retired elderly couple on limited budget. Past Current and future Possible customers. ..... Run !!!!! May this posting prove that your shop‘s unethical standards, behaviors, shady over pricing billing strategies result in massive business loss. Karma ultimately bites back. No apologies can be made nor monies reimbursed to correct what has already been done.
