Im from out of town and called last minute to get my son’s car looked at. It was a Friday and I was worried about getting ripped off by the previous company I had an appointment with. I was told to call 17th street and I was beyond impressed. Not only were they so kind but explained everything, provided a car inspection report and also got the work done that day. I feel so much more at ease knowing my son’s car is safe and I will recommend them to anyone (especially my active duty friends) looking for an honest and trustworthy mechanic in the area. They care. I came in with car trouble after commuting from Yorktown, Karla took great care of me and gave me peace of mind regarding when my car would be taken care of. Both Karla and Kristen were very welcoming and made my experience far better. When my vehicle was ready everything was broken down for me and they were very informative. Highly recommend and will return whenever I have issues in the future!
