I’ve been here multiple times (I travel for work and got a lot of miles on my car) and it’s always been a great experience. Karla and Kristen are great and personable! I always feel confident driving out to my contracts (i.e. Ohio, Minnesota and Utah) after it’s been serviced by 17th Street Automative.

I had a tire blowout on I64 and luckily the next exit put me right next to 17th Street Automotive. We told them of the situation and the need to be back on the road to pick up my daughter from daycare at a certain time. We were just in the area to tour VA Beach. They found me a tire from one of their network shops, had the tire delivered, installed it, and got me on my way back on the road and in time to pick up my daughter. We were able to still tour VA Beach and have lunch, thanks to Uber and get back just in time pick up my car with a new tire installed. Thank you to the 17th Street Automotive team for working with me and especially going above and beyond in understanding my predicament and solving my car problem. Highly recommended! 5/5 in customer service and auto maintenance service and support!

This was an excellent experience. I’ve never had an automotive company send me picture and write up diagnostics through my phone for me and them to be transparent with what was being done.

17th street is the best !! Stephanie and Carla at the front are amazing. Super friendly and helpful. They take the time to make sure all of your questions/concerns are answered and make you feel at ease. I’ve been going for about 2 ish years now and my car has always been taken great care of, definitely recommend !!!

When I called to inquire about repair cost (after receiving my inspection report but no repair costs), Kristen at the front desk was very rude and acted like I was bothering her after I was on hold for 10+ mins. The customer service alone ensures I won’t be getting back.

I am new to the area and 17th Auto was recommended to me by another mechanic. I made an appointment to get my daughter's car fixed and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done and made the vehicle safe for my daughter to drive. They were very patient and kind and answered all of my questions. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. Their knowledge and expertise is top notch.

Incredibly friendly staff, super understanding and they aren’t here to hustle you out of more money than what you’re already dishing out. Carla was awesome and laid out my options and costs, there was absolutely NO surprises when it came to paying the bill. 10/10 would highly recommend this play. Amazing staff and service!!

I took my car in to have the sunroof repaired and they were able to fix it. I am so pleased with the outcome and I highly recommend this place for any of your vehicle needs. It was great to work with a place that didn't take advantage of me being a female. All of my questions were asked and very one was very professional. I person I spoke with was Carla. She is incredible and did an amazing job.

My daughter just moved to Virginia Beach and we needed to get her state inspection done. The information and flexibility we recieved from the young women answering the phone more than secured our business. She was kind, patient, and worked with us to get her car in the same day. We received communication throughout the day on the status and needed repairs on her car. I highly recommend this company. Honest, reliable, and flexible, a rare find in this industry.
