Thanks 17th Street Automotive. FINALLY a repair shop that I can TRUST and to make repairs over dealership. My 2017 VW had two issues, both causing the same problem with idle issues. I have an extended warranty that allows me to go wherever I want, including the dealership. I decided to go outside of the dealership due to poor turn around times and customer service. 17th Street Automotive is 5 stars above the dealership at getting the car in and out and repaired. They worked flawlessly through the warranty company with no interaction from me other than notifying me that the “warranty company is covering the repair, parts are in stock at dealer, and we will be done with it by the end of the day”, along with recommended service that needed to get done, ie spark plugs and air intake decarbonization cleaning. This car now noticeably runs much better as it did new and fuel economy has gone up a few more MPG’s. This shop is also hard to miss with the iconic murals that are awesome! The Building, shop, waiting area, parking lot are clean and taken care of, and customer service spectacular. Go here to get your vehicles serviced!!

I have been driving for 42 plus years and I have taken through that time many different vehicles to many different automotive shops and I have to say above and beyond is what Jalyn the (SHOP MANAGER) at 17th Street Automotive is ,they went above and beyond what they needed to do when I first walked in the door with a leaky gas tank she called dealers, junk yards in various different states and went out of her way to get me taken care of, if you got something wrong with your Car, Jeep 4x4, 17th Street Automotive is your place to go, they should win the Top Gun Award💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

I went in for an inspection for my car and was greeted by a very professional and knowledgeable manager who happily took me right in..Pam was also wonderful at the counter..I don't think I've ever seen cleaner auto bays and the bathroom is pristine..The owner, Billy was professional as were his staff..Earnest, hard workers..Ordered my part and already updated me for its arrival time at a great price..I will recommend 17th St. Auto to everyone!! 5 Stars

This is a local business that takes care of locals. (They probably take good care of visitors as well.) They have been great over the years helping me keep my little, old car running well so that I don't have to buy a new one. I appreciate that they care so much and do a great job in a timely fashion.
